Marie Segura is a Senior Consultant for Blanchard Philippines. She has over twenty years of broad-based human resource experience in multinational companies in several countries. In addition, she is well versed with the development of consulting firms focusing on serving clients in Southeast Asia.

Marie is highly skilled in people management, leadership development, selection and outplacement facilitation, project and process management, and quality program assessment. She is a certified culture coach, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Filipino.

Marie’s career experience spans three continents: she has worked in Colombia, the United States, and Asia. Working with several industries from hospitality, manufacturing, banking and finance, journalism, and retail, Marie shares a global perspective in her training workshops.

Focused not just on leadership development initiatives but also larger human resource application consultancy, Marie has a great understanding of the larger strategic HR issues facing both the organization’s development executives and ground-level implementation challenges.

In addition to her vast professional experience, Marie has a Master’s in Business Administration, International Manager majoring in Human Resources from the University of Dallas. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Marie also received several accolades and awards throughout her academic journey.

Having worked with a variety of clients, Marie has intimate knowledge of the needs, cultures, and aspirations of global organizations. Her experience in leadership development, designing impactful learning solutions for clients, and
in-house employees is extensive.

An easygoing and caring facilitator, Marie works closely with participants to make sure their concerns and challenges are addressed so that they are empowered to implement key changes that impact their work performance, development, and overall business results.
