Vered Asif is a Senior Consultant for Blanchard® Israel and works primarily with international clients in EMEA, APAC and the US. She is a global professional and thought leader on topics related to Diversity & Inclusion, leadership development, organization development, leadership strategy and organization transformation.

She held various global roles in Europe and Africa with the Canter for Creative Leadership (CCL®) and led talent management for the CCL’s organizational leadership practice in the EMEA region.

In addition, she works with high-level clients on their leadership development challenges, in the public sector (EU), and with for-profit corporations such as PaloAlto Networks, Stratasys, Walmart and Novo Nordisk.

Vered’s experience ranges from designing and consulting on management development tracks to the changes made to mentoring at the organizational level. She supervises coaching processes for senior-level managers and facilitates workshops for the banking, government, and high-tech sectors, and at the Academia in Europe and Israel.

Specializing in group facilitation, Vered helps groups foster collaboration in a diverse international business environment. She has vast experience working with senior-level leaders and providing executive coaching. Vered is currently pursuing her PhD comparative research – USA & Ireland – on Global DEI in Big Tech at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She also serves as an adjunct faculty in Tel Aviv University at the Business School. Vered is accredited to deliver the Blanchard suite of training solutions, and she is certified in 360 assessments.
