Smadar Tzalalichin Sabo is a Senior Consultant at Blanchard® Israel, where she collaborates with both local and international clients, including from the United States. Smadar is a distinguished global professional and thought leader in several key areas: Collaboration, Cross-Functional Teams, Leadership Development, Strategy, Team Development, Relationship Building within Teams, and Organizational Transformation.

With a robust background in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Smadar has held various senior roles in both the US and Israel. Her experience includes working with Amdocs and several Israeli startups, where she excelled as a Business Operation leader, HR executive and organizational development consultant.

In her current role, Smadar advises high-level clients on leadership development challenges across diverse sectors, including for-profit corporations, startups, and non-profits such as RedHut, Radwin, OpenWeb, Pelephone, Freesbee, Wizzo and many others. Her expertise spans designing and consulting on management development programs and implementing mentoring initiatives at the organizational level.

Smadar is also an accomplished facilitator, conducting workshops in the high-tech, service, and government sectors. Additionally, she shares her knowledge and experience as a lecturer in academia.
