Michal Bleiman Harari, is a seasoned management consultant, facilitator and executive coach.

Michal brings vast experience and a unique combination of 20 years of managerial experience from senior positions with Fortune500 and TLV25 companies with 15 years of working with organizations and executives to create high fulfillment, high achievement leadership, to enable organizations to cope and even strive in a disruptive environment.

Michal has an extensive background as a results-focused, highly skilled, charismatic facilitator, trainer and consultant, who has successfully worked with all levels of management across a wide range of industries, including technology, fintech, financial services (banking & insurance), information technology, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, manufacturing, construction and infrastructure, public sector and large NPO’s.

Her areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational transformation, building high performing teams and partnerships, resilience and conflict resolution.
In addition to corporate consulting and facilitating, Michal is a lecturer in Lahav Executive Education – Coller Business School at Tel Aviv University, and in the MBA Program at Ono Academic College.
Michal has received her bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics, and M.A in Economics at Tel-Aviv University. She has completed the Advanced Post Graduate for Management and Organizational Behavior Program at Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University.

Michal is a certified facilitator of international training companies in addition to Blanchard – including Lumina, The Leadership Circle and Abilitie.
