Joseph Jawahar is a Consulting Associate for Blanchard® who uses an explorative and thought-provoking style of facilitation. His warm, humorous, and energetic approach creates a relaxed environment in which participants easily discover fresh insights while learning about and exploring new concepts.

Joseph has been training or facilitating programs since 2008. He has conducted training sessions for many industries, including banking, manufacturing, government, automation, and consulting. His expertise is in leadership development, management skills, personal growth in self-leadership, team effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. Joseph is a Master Trainer of SLII® and is qualified to facilitate many other Blanchard® programs, including Self Leadership, Team Leadership, Building Trust, and Coaching Essentials® for Leaders.

His previous professional roles include head of learning and leadership development at Bank of America’s BA Continuum India, head of organizational learning at Standard Chartered Bank’s SCOPE International, and others.

Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Bharathiar University, India. In addition, he is certified to administer the MBTI®, DiSC®, and Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking assessments. Joseph’s native language is Tamil; he is fluent in English and speaks Hindi and Malayalam at the conversational level.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading English literature and books on neuroscience, evolution, and consciousness; he also carves and paints.
