Neil is highly successful in building and sustaining relationships with upper-level decision makers, consulting and training on critical problem areas, and delivering on client commitments. He has extensive experience with mid- to senior-level leadership teams that require a facilitator who has a deep understanding of significant business drivers in multiple markets and industries. Neil has been with Blanchard® for more than 15 years and has successfully partnered with a wide range of medium to large organizations in various sectors throughout the world.

His expertise is in leadership and team development, change management, service excellence, strategy, and innovation, and he is qualified to deliver most of Blanchard’s training programs in these areas. Neil’s strengths include implementing sustainable change-management strategies and designing and implementing client solutions to build and strengthen the competencies and skills that will ensure the greatest impact on results.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from George Brown College, Neil held several executive and senior positions in the service and hospitality industry before joining Blanchard.
