Judith has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world and harnesses her knowledge, along with humor and sensitivity, to link learning objectives with defined business goals. She facilitates and consults with people at all levels of organizations, from C-suite executives to frontline employees.

Judith’s industry experience includes financial, health, retail, armed services, law enforcement, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil and gas, and information technology. She has extensive consulting and training experience in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Asia, the United States, and Canada. Using her deep awareness of global and cultural diversity, she successfully designs and implements hands-on training programs.

Prior to joining Blanchard® in 2005, Judith worked in leadership positions for global blue-chip organizations, managing teams to enhance productivity and achieve lasting, proven results while using characteristics that she still exemplifies today: vision, strategic awareness, and respect. Consequently, her examples and anecdotes are always related back to specific business outcomes to ensure a contextualized learning experience.
