Maria Pressentin, a Senior Consulting Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies®, brings a global perspective to her work, as much of her career has been in Asia and Europe. Maria is passionate about developing and empowering leaders. She helps leaders expand their businesses through leadership skills, strategic thinking, team focus and integration, and decision making based on results-oriented negotiation and implementation.
With many years of international business experience in leadership and sales positions in global industries such as banking and telecommunications, Maria brings dynamic insights to her presentations on leadership development and coaching. She is skillful in understanding her clients’ challenges and opportunities and effectively works with leaders to expand their business.
In addition to corporate training and consulting, Maria is an effective keynote speaker and coach. Her professional associations include the International Coach Federation, Singapore chapter, where she has served as chairperson for the Peer Coaching Circle and as vice president. Maria is also a member of Sol World (Solutions in Organisations Link-up), NeuroLeadership Institute, and the European School of New Institutional Economics.
Maria is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Cantonese Chinese. She speaks French and German at an intermediate level, and Spanish at a conversational level.
Maria received her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Schiller International University in London, England; her MBA in strategic management at Universidad de Macau; and her master’s of research at the Université de Nanterre, France. She is a PhD candidate at the International School of Management in Paris, France, focusing on business administration, leadership, and strategic management.
Maria’s hobbies include jewelry design. She has a multicultural family, with members born and raised on four different continents and speaking six different languages.
