Phil Reynolds

Senior Consultant, Speaker, Trainer

Phil Reynolds is a Consulting Associate for The Ken Blanchard Companies®. He is an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational trainer for groups of all sizes. His sense of humor and strong, positive attitude enable him to create a comfortable environment for participants.

Originally joining Blanchard as a Consulting Partner in 1998, Phil has done extensive work with leaders and executive teams to increase communication, collaboration, and partnership. In 2009, Phil co-authored “The 21-Day Situational Self Leadership Action Plan,” a sustainability product for Blanchard’s Situational Self Leadership program. He served as a subject matter expert in the Self Leadership and Coaching Essentials programs and is a Master Facilitator of The SLII Experience™. He is highly knowledgeable in Blanchard’s other core products and has extensive expertise in one-on-one leadership, team leadership, coaching, motivation, and leading people through change.

Phil’s previous experience encompasses more than 25 years as a business developer, sales manager, trainer, and speaker for both profit and nonprofit organizations. His international experience includes work in England, Dubai, China, Philippines, India, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina.

He holds a Bachelor of Education degree from East Central University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He is certified to administer and interpret various tools and resources that support executive development, including Emotional Intelligence (EQ), DiSC®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), and the Booth 360 leadership assessments.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys running marathons and half-marathons, raising money for cancer research, and reading.
