She brings over 20 years of experience in senior roles, including serving as Director of Professional Services at Microsoft, CEO of IBI Provident and Study Funds Management Company, and as a board member at IBI Capital Specializing in group facilitation, Sharon helps team’s foster collaboration within diverse international business environments.

She has extensive experience working with senior leaders, providing executive coaching, and developing strategies that are paired with robust delivery and operational skills, effectively achieving both long-term and short-term impacts.
